Text. Robert M. Regoli & John D. Hewitt, Delinquency in Society, 6th edition (2006).

Tests (200 points). There will be 4 multiple choice tests, worth 50 points each. The first 3 tests will cover the assigned reading; the 4th test will cover all material presented in class in the form of lectures, handouts, videos, etc. Test dates are: May 19 (Friday), May 26 (Friday), May 30 (Tuesday) and June 1 (Thursday). There are no makeup exams. If you miss a test you will receive a zero (0).

Papers  (30 points). Three papers worth 10 points each are required. The papers must be typed, one-page, single-spaced, in 12-point font. Paper topics will be assigned in class and due in class the next day. Late papers will not be accepted.  Papers cannot be submitted over the Internet since the purpose of the papers is to generate class discussion. If another student turns in your paper for you, it will not be accepted, and you will receive zero points.
